The story of swallow’s nest in building.

          Supernatural phenomena occurred in 1951, at the moment there was a philanthropist’s Chinese at Pak Phanang district in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He built a building for staying with family, but when the building was completed, swallows entered to stay at the upper floor area. They are built nests and laid eggs. So, He and his family stayed at downstairs. After a long day, swallows came to stay at this house more and more. The house owner observed and studied behavior about swallows. Finally, He studied of rules and bird’s nest collecting methods, until able to collect the bird's nest for sale.

          Building house for bird's nest is an important business. This business has income for business owner almost every province of southern. There are private place and area near the islands or caves. Moreover, the building has been designed by engineering principles such as the height of the building, height of the bird tower for flight-in-out of birds, light of the building channel, the width of the interior space in the building, and planning for ventilation, gas, heat and darkness within the building.

          In currently have many private building that swallow made nest inside or “Ban-Rang-Nok” found many in human community at the province near coast such as Rayong,Chanthaburi,Trat,Samutsakorn,Phetchaburi, Prachuapkhirikhan,Chumphon ,Suratthani ,Nakornsithammarat ,Krabi, Phangnga, Songkhla, Trang, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Satun.
